Oracle PPM Cloud Consultant - Implementation & Support (5-12 yrs)

Position : Oracle PPM(Project Portfolio Management) Cloud

Location : Bang/Hyd/Gurg/Noida

B2/C1/C2 - 5 - 12 Yrs

Primary Skill :

- Functional consultant should be proficient in EBS/Fusion Cloud PPM.

Secondary Skills :

- Should have knowledge in other EBS/Cloud offerings and Basic BI/OTBI reporting capabilities

Details on Primary Skills :

- Cloud PPM : Project Financial Management (Foundation,Control,Costing,Billing), Project Contracts, Project Resource Management and Project Execution Management.

- Must have functional understanding on integrated Modules such as OTL, Expenses, PO, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables and GL

Other Skills :

- ITIL Foundation, Escalation Management, Problem Management

- Should have Implementation, support or upgrade of Oracle SaaS Project Suite of products with at-least 1 implementation experience on SaaS Project Modules

- Experience in understanding customer requirement

- Customer facing and Good communication

- Experience on working on Agile Methodology

- Ready to work in shifts on rotation basis

- Good communication skills

Job Description :

1) As a primary point of contact for customers, should be responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues

2) Experience with all aspects of the system - support, testing and Pre & Post implementation activities.

3) Resource should be able to independently work on Support and resolving issues

4) Resource should be able to investigate, analyze and provide solution for any customer specific requirememts

5) Work with OMCS/DBA team. Knowledge of SRs, RFCs and My Oracle Support is required.

6) Lead the team through all aspects of service delivery.
