Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Consultant with expertise in PeopleSoft Campus

Solutions to support, implement, and enhance student lifecycle management

processes. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of higher

education business processes and technical skills in PeopleSoft development,

integrations, and reporting.

This role requires working closely with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to

configure, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules such as

Admissions, Student Records, Financial Aid, Student Financials, and Academic

Advising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements for PeopleSoft

Campus Solutions.

• Configure and implement PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules

(Admissions, Student Records, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Academic

Advising).

• Develop and modify PeopleSoft components using PeopleTools

(PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration

Broker, Application Designer, SQR, BI Publisher, etc.).

• Create and enhance reports using SQL, PS Query, BI Publisher, and XML

Publisher.

• Support PeopleSoft integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services,

Integration Broker, and third-party tools.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in Campus

Solutions.

• Manage upgrades, patches, and testing for new PeopleSoft releases.
• Provide user training, documentation, and support for functional users.
• Ensure compliance with higher education regulatory requirements and best

practices.

• Work closely with developers, DBAs, and business analysts to optimize system

performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions as a Techno-

Functional Consultant.

• Strong understanding of higher education processes and student lifecycle

management.

• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing PeopleSoft Campus

modules.

• Proficiency in PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component

Interface, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, SQL, PS Query, and AWE

workflow).

• Experience in PeopleSoft Security, Roles, and Permissions.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, Web

Services, and Integration Broker).

• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Experience with PeopleSoft PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager) and Change

Assistant.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI and mobile-responsive Campus Solutions.
• Knowledge of Cloud-based Student Information Systems (SIS) such as

Oracle Student Cloud or Workday Student.

• Experience with ERP integrations (Finance, HR, and Payroll systems).
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a

related field
