Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Content Marketing: Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that drives engagement, generates leads, and supports brand building.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Use data to inform marketing decisions.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key marketing metrics, providing regular reports on campaign performance and brand health.
- Use data to optimize marketing strategies.
- Public Relations: Manage public relations efforts, building relationships with media outlets and promoting the company's brand and products.
- Event Marketing: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales teams to provide marketing materials and support sales initiatives.
- Agency Management: Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and proactively explore new approaches and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or in a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Deep experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative and innovative thinker
