- We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital strategy, manage marketing campaigns, and drive online growth.
- The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and performance marketing, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing campaigns.
- Identify and implement new growth opportunities through digital channels.
Performance Marketing & Analytics:
- Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other tools.
- Optimize marketing spend based on performance insights.
SEO & Content Marketing:
- Drive organic traffic through advanced SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
- Oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, videos, infographics, and email newsletters.
Social Media & Branding:
- Develop a strong online presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships to enhance reach.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
- Implement lead generation strategies through landing pages, A/B testing, and marketing automation.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO experts, content creators, designers, and performance marketers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design.
Manages project risks and shortfalls:
- Direct and effective communication with the client ensures proper understanding of the client's requirements and enables the effective assignment of tasks to team members.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and growth strategies.
- Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience in lead generation, CRO, and marketing funnels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data-driven insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
