Job Overview:
- We seek an experienced and visionary Digital Marketing Head to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy across healthcare education.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare & healthcare education, with expertise in driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness through multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- This role will be pivotal in scaling our digital presence, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving business growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored for healthcare and EdTech sectors, driving business objectives such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, content creators, SEO experts, PPC managers, and social media strategists, ensuring alignment with business goals and campaign execution.
- Performance Marketing: Oversee all performance marketing initiatives, including paid search (Google Ads), social media advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), display advertising, and programmatic marketing campaigns.
- SEO/SEM: Lead search engine marketing efforts by optimizing content, improving SEO performance, and enhancing SEM efforts to increase organic and paid search rankings.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, relevant, and engaging content that educates, nurtures leads, and promotes our healthcare and EdTech products and services.
- Analytics & Reporting: Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) to monitor campaign performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing strategies continuously.
- Customer Acquisition: Design and execute strategies for customer acquisition and lead generation, including targeted campaigns, inbound marketing, and partnerships.
- Brand Building & Thought Leadership: Position the company as a thought leader in healthcare and EdTech through strategic campaigns, social media presence, industry partnerships, and collaborations.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Oversee email marketing campaigns, nurture funnels, and implement marketing automation workflows to guide leads through the buyer journey and enhance customer lifecycle management.
- Product Marketing: Work closely with the product team to align digital marketing campaigns with new product launches, ensuring visibility and driving adoption in healthcare and EdTech sectors.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the healthcare and EdTech industries, adapting strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and work with external vendors, agencies, and tools for campaign execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of digital marketing experience with at least five years in a leadership role, specifically within healthcare and EdTech industries.
- Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of healthcare marketing regulations (HIPAA compliance, healthcare advertising standards) and EdTech best practices for audience engagement and lead generation.
- Data-driven: Expertise in data analytics and performance measurement, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and other marketing automation platforms.
- Omni-channel Expertise: Proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing).
- Leadership & Management: Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights and strategies to key stakeholders.
- Innovative & Strategic Thinker: Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a track record of developing innovative digital marketing campaigns.
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, tools, and technologies that drive performance, including marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Preferred:
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other industry-recognized credentials.
- Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition in B2B and B2C models.
- Experience with EdTech or healthcare SaaS products, webinars, and online learning solutions.
- Prior experience working with product and sales teams to align marketing strategies for maximum impact.
