Leading Group of Companies in Gurgaon is looking for a Head of HR & Admin.
Job Role: Head of Human Resources & Administration
Job Location: Corporate Office, Gurgaon
Education: MBA / MSW / MHRM
Experience: 18+ Years
Industry: Manufacturing or Logistics
Remuneration: INR 30.00 - 35.00 Lakhs per annum, vehicle and other benefits
Position Summary:
- Head of HR & Admin will be based out of Gurgaon
- Responsible for overseeing and controlling the HR & Admin activities of Regional Offices in India and other Asia Pacific Countries
- A key and an important position in the organization, having a bright career as this position is responsible for controlling, guiding and supporting the HR & Administration across all the regional offices.
- Shall work with the HR & Admin leaders of all the regional offices to ensure that there will be a conducive working atmosphere.
- Job may require travelling inside India and also overseas offices
Brief Job Description:
- The candidate shall lead, implement, and facilitate the development of a highly effective and valued HR function within the Asia Pacific region to advance organizational structure, culture, and talent needed to deliver on its objectives.
- Shall provide strategic and proactive inputs on high-risk, complex issues, organizational design, and talent management.
- Shall ensure with relevant internal and external policies, laws, and regulations in coordination with local HR & Admin teams.
- Shall guide and liaise with regional offices HR team to develop the policies, systems, processes, plans, budgets, setting goals, KPI s etc. to suit their respective local conditions.
- Act as a strategic advisor for the leaders in the region to create awareness and provide HR guidance on sensitive HR issues.
- Shall serve as a bridge between regional offices and the central office in India
- Coordinate with concerned Admin leaders to manage the administrative aspects to ensure smooth and efficient administrative services are provided in the regional office at all times.
- Design and implement administrative procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
- A post graduate in Human Resource Management or similar discipline
- Experience in working in a corporate headquarters and managing branch and regional offices.
- Minimum of 18+ years of experience out of which at least 5 years in leading HR & Admin Team.
- Well versed with Factory Acts, Industry Acts, Labour laws, Statutory and regulatory requirements etc.
- Excellent skills in communication, inter personal, Decision making, Presentations and problem solving.
- Proficiency in handling teams in multicultural environments.
- Strategic thinking with an ability to execute operational tasks efficiently.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Knowledge in HRMS system or similar systems
