Country Head/General Manager - Pharma (16-26 yrs)

- Leading and managing the sales division

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, engage key opinion leaders, and promote products

- Managing the financial performance of the business unit, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management

- Providing leadership to the creation and execution of the annual Marketing and Sales plans to meet agreed product goals and revenues
