Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to take on the role of Strategic HR Head, responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will provide leadership across HR functions, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business goals and growth plans.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction programs across all departments.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Design and implement talent management programs, including performance reviews, career development, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in recruitment, hiring, and talent management.
3. Employee Relations and Development:
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Address employee relations issues promptly, resolving conflicts and maintaining effective communication.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, aligned with the company's growth.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and fairness.
4. HR Operations and Compliance:
- Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) management, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and industry-specific guidelines.
- Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and mitigate risks.
5. Strategic Partnerships and Leadership:
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Partner with department heads and business leaders to address HR needs effectively.
- Represent the HR function in leadership meetings, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR) is preferred.
- 10-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Proven success in developing and executing HR strategies that drive business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in HR systems and data management, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
