Industry :- Prior experience in selling IT software/hardware services is mandatory
Cold Calling :- Complete a target number of outbound calls daily/weekly.
Lead Generation :- Generate a set number of qualified leads monthly.
Tools Usage :- Experience in using tools like Sales Navigator, Lusha, Mail Merge etc
Pipeline Management :- Maintain a healthy leads pipeline with defined conversion rates.
Sales Meetings :- Schedule and conduct a specific number of qualified sales meetings.
Email Campaigns :- Execute effective email campaigns with measurable engagement.
Response Time :- Respond to inbound leads within a defined timeframe.
Product Knowledge :- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.
Customer Feedback :- Gather and analyze feedback from customer interactions.
Conversion Rates :- Improve conversion rates at each stage of the sales process.
Team Collaboration :- Collaborate effectively with other teams, especially marketing and customer support.
Continuous Learning :- Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and tools.
Persona :- Prior experience in selling to person likes of CIO/CTO/CISO/Head IT and other CXO's
