  • Conduct detailed business needs assessments for prospects, qualify them, and identify potential opportunities within Espire's service offerings, thereby contributing to our strategic sales objectives.
    • Develop and continuously enhance a prospect database that aligns with our ideal customer profiles. This process will involve using resources such as LinkedIn and industry-specific databases to curate a list of potential leads.
    • Engage in proactive lead generation strategies through a multi-faceted approach that includes outbound cold calling, email outreach, and active engagement on social media platforms. The goal is to generate BANT-qualified leads and discover new sales opportunities.
    • Provide prompt follow-up and nurture all interactions with prospects who have expressed interest. This process will ensure that we maintain active engagement with potential clients and move them effectively through the sales funnel.
    • Effectively route leads to the SEA region-based Business Development Managers (BDMs) for further development and closure. This role will involve close collaboration with the sales team to facilitate seamless transitions and maximize conversion rates.
    • Work cohesively with the sales team, sharing vital insights from your prospecting efforts. Provide feedback on the quality of leads generated and align your actions with the team's overarching goals and objectives.
    • Uphold a consistent delivery of qualified leads to the sales funnel, thereby contributing to the development and sustenance of the opportunity pipeline.
    The ideal candidate for this role will be an ambitious self-starter with a keen understanding of the sales process and a passion for driving business growth. We look forward to welcoming this new member to our dynamic team.
