Job Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Administration Department

Job Description:
Uttam Toyota is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join our Administration Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative executive role, with a strong background in office management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support.
• Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure smooth office functioning.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, Water Harvesting protocols, and Pollution Control Board guidelines.
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of administrative procedures.
• Support senior management with various tasks and projects.
• Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
