Position: Loan Origination Officer / Loan Officer
Location: Across Gujarat
Experience: Fresher
CTC: Up to ₹ 2.25 to 2.80 + Lucrative Incentives

Job Responsibilities:
✅ Work on dialer & call prospects for home loans
✅ Generate appointments & assign to field teams
✅ Track field officer activities, document collection & file submission
✅ Maintain 9-hour login time with 3.5+ hours talk time
✅ Participate in weekly feedback & review sessions
✅ Ensure quality conversations covering product knowledge, appraisal skills, and CRM documentation
✅ Support sales team by prompt customer follow-ups & collaboration
✅ Stay updated with company & competitor products
✅ Generate references to boost business

Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Graduate in any stream
✔ Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati
✔ Freshers are welcome!
