Administration Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Handling all administration roll out activity end to end.
• Handling all branch closures and openings + Relocations.
• Handling all infrastructure & General administration for corporate office & Other Geography.
• Handling all the Leave & license agreements + Service (Facilities) agreements
• Reportings, MIS / Agreement masters / Compliances updations management.
• Managing branch compliances like S & E / Trade License Etc.
• Managing rent negotiation part / commercial parts and other coordination with landlords.
• Handling billing process from corporate head office.
• Scrutinization of budgets & estimation.
• Effective vendor bill management.
• Reporting and review of facility and maintenance upkeep of all Branch
• Taking care of all repair & maintenance issues relevant to branches.
• Managing the AMC asset management and tracing the life.
• End to End Branch Lifecycle Management individually (Premise Sourcing, Legal Clearance
• process, Documentation, Fitouts, Vacation / Closure, SD Recovery etc. Must have Deal Breaker)
• Compliance Management Knowledge (Hands-on experience in getting S&E and TL application process including documentation, either individually – preferred or through vendor)
• Process Oriented – Agreement Renewal, Petty Cash Management, Invoice Processing, Compliant / Issue Management, FAR Updation / Audit etc
