Job Overview: Seeking an experienced IT recruiter with expertise in client-side recruitment. Responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT talent while working closely with clients to meet their hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs.
• Source and screen candidates for IT roles.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of IT recruitment experience, including client-side recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools (LinkedIn, ATS, etc.).

Preferred:

• Experience with diverse IT positions (software, cybersecurity, etc.).
