What we are looking for
As the Sr. Lead - Campus & TA Partner, you will build strong partnerships with Tier I & Tier II colleges to meet our needs in hiring fresh talent from these institutes every year. This person will be responsible for seamlessly managing the end-to-end campus recruitment process PAN India for Graduate/MBA hiring. Additionally, you will be acting as a strategic hiring partner and providing end-to-end recruitment solutions on the lateral hiring front to meet organizational needs.
What you ll do
- Contribute in the strategic planning, organization, and execution of campus recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with the companys talent acquisition goals and hiring requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate campus recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, assessment centers, and interviews, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
- Enhance the organization s visibility and reputation on college campuses through targeted outreach programs and strategic partnerships.
- Provide support for lateral hiring, acting as a Talent Acquisition sourcer for the TA team during non-placement season.
Must have
- Bachelors/MBA with HR Acumen, with stellar academic record.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Campus Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proactively identify challenges and drive innovative solutions.
- Articulate ideas effectively with excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Cultivate strong working relationships across the organization.
