Job Description

About Us:
ProcDNA is a trusted partner for life sciences companies in the U.S., delivering cutting-edge commercial analytics, AI solutions, and technology capabilities to drive business success. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Lead to support our growth and expand our footprint in the life sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Identification and Outreach:
  • Identify and research potential clients and markets within the life sciences sector, including pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech companies.
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Arrange meetings to present ProcDNA s offerings, emphasizing commercial analytics, AI, and technology solutions.
  1. Data Mining and Database Management:
  • Perform data mining, cleaning, and preparation of custom client segments for targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Manage and enhance the company s HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate records and using it to execute and track campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, continuously improving its quality and scope to support business growth.
  1. Sales Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Plan and execute targeted business development campaigns to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements to optimize results.
  1. Pipeline Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Provide sales support to internal stakeholders by preparing tailored reports, presentations, and insights.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine client pitches and strategies for improved engagement.
  1. Relationship Building and Client Engagement:
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the U.S. life sciences market.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  1. Market Research and Strategy Optimization:
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify growth opportunities, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor s or master s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support or business development.
  • Proven ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients in the life sciences sector.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data mining and CRM tools like HubSpot, with experience managing databases and executing campaigns.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
Preferred:
  • Experience in the U.S. life sciences market.
  • Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
  • Background in B2B sales
