Opening for Team Lead - Lateral Hiring (BPO / Non-IT) - Navi Mumbai

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates for various roles, with a focus on support hiring.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure hiring goals are met.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, skill requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Ensure robust sourcing, screening is in place and lead the team in coordinating for the interviews with hiring managers, ensuring no lag.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, headhunting, networking, and job boards.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.

• Overall Lateral hiring experience of 5 to 8 years with at least 1-2 years of experience in team handling.
• Must have handled a sizable no. of team members from any of the BPO firms.
