Role Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Tester to join our team in Bengaluru. In this full-time hybrid role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive performance testing, developing robust test cases, analyzing performance data, and effectively communicating your findings to the team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and scalability of our clients' applications.

Responsibilities :

Performance Testing :

- Conduct performance testing using JMeter and other relevant tools.

- Develop and execute performance test plans and test cases.

- Analyze performance data and identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

- Generate detailed performance test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Test Case Development :

- Develop comprehensive test cases based on requirements and specifications.

- Ensure test cases cover all relevant performance scenarios.

Data Analysis and Reporting :

- Analyze performance data to identify trends and patterns.

- Prepare and present detailed performance reports.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with development, QA, and other teams to ensure successful performance testing.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding test results and recommendations.

Scripting and Automation :

- Write and maintain scripts using Groovy and JavaScript.

- Automate performance testing processes.

Database Interaction :

- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and performance analysis.

API Testing :

- Perform API performance testing.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 6 to 10 years of experience in performance testing.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in JMeter.

- Experience with Groovy and JavaScript scripting.

- Strong SQL skills.

- Experience in API performance testing.

- Proficiency in software testing methodologies and techniques.

Analytical Skills.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
