Role: Senior Performance Tester.

Location : Bangalore.

Experience : 5-8 years in performance testing, ideally within SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute performance and load tests to validate system scalability and reliability.

- Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks, scripts, and tools.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal system performance.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to align performance testing with system architecture.

- Use tools like Grafana, Prometheus, JMeter, and LoadRunner for monitoring and reporting.

Required Skills :

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in performance testing (preferably in SaaS environments).

- Proficiency with tools like JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or BlazeMeter.

- Strong knowledge of Java or Python and experience with PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, and performance monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
