Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester with expertise in Selenium and Python to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and ensuring software quality through rigorous testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Python.

- Design and implement test automation frameworks for web applications.

- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality.

- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and business analysts to define test requirements.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

- Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools.

- Optimize and improve automation strategies to enhance efficiency and test coverage.

- Stay updated with the latest testing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in automation testing using Selenium with Python.

- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework, or similar.

- Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.)

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and test-driven development (TDD/BDD).

- Knowledge of database testing using SQL queries.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud-based testing tools (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge of mobile automation testing tools like Appium.

- ISTQB Certification or equivalent.
