Roles & Responsibilities
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of Analysts & Senior Analysts to manage Evictions process.
Review Evictions processes & lead process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Stakeholders in smooth transitioning of new processes & manage existing processes
Maintain productivity, turnaround time and quality for all processes handled for both individual underwriters and team as per Standard Operating Procedure
Help training team build refresher process manual every quarter. Develop and train existing and new team members
Ensure to Maintain Productivity, quality and Turnaround time of the processes

External Skills And Expertise
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Hold a Graduate (mandatory) preferably in Law\ Master (preferred) Degree with 5+years overall experience
Min. 2+ year experience in managing operations or compliance processes and customer focusing operations experience
Managed a team size of 30+ FTEs for at least 2 years
Skills required to be successful in this role:
Should have very high level of attention to details. Should be able to find out process failure modes
Good interpersonal and communication skills. Should be able to clearly express ideas/process related information, both in verbal and in writing
People, process & Project management skills are highly preferred
Ability to handle communication through multiple channels with both internal and external stakeholders
Good with numbers (excel mainly) and a critical thinker
