Responsible for supervising day-to-day activities for the Team, ensuring accurate and timely productivity
Provides direct support for the performance management and career development of the team
Assist with orientation and training of new employees and provides regular feedback and coaching.
Researches and resolves any listing violations and keeps management up to date on relevant issues. Escalates concerns to Supervisor and partners with them to address unsatisfactory market and MLS productivity.
Assist in creation and circulation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Daily maintenance of listings through salesforce marketing tasks
Post ready homes per day on market guidelines
Communicate with team supervisor to update set commission rate and available concession packages for homes to be posted on
Communicate with local market for home description discrepancies, Rently box availability, and home status updates
Assist agents with home availability and accessing homes
Daily inbox and chat review for MLS communications and teamwork
Attend webinars and review written material as needed to ensure thorough understanding of posting procedures and the rules and regulations utilized by Progress Residential
Job Requirement
QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLSETS:
High School diploma or GED required (preference to BS/BA degree in business or related service experience)
Highly detail oriented
Strong organizational skills to work in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented environment.
Strong data entry skills
Able to work flexibly and productively in a fast-changing, growing company
