Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Identifies potential product opportunities to deliver enhanced testing solutions.
2. Creates test automation solutions.
3. Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
4. Deliver projects on time and within assigned budgets.
5. Effectively communicate with internal and external partners.
6. Coordinate/Escalate across functional teams to resolve impediments.
7. Completes all required training in a timely manner. Maintains knowledge of and adherence to Selene s internal compliance policies and procedures.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing test automation solutions.
- Bachelor s Degree or Comparable Work Experience in the Mortgage Servicing Industry.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated experience in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test strategies for projects.
- Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational test requirements.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
- Strong working knowledge of Selenium with C# (preferred) or Java and other test automation tools.
- Strong programming skills in languages like C# (preferred) or Java for automation.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or a general knowledge of CICD Pipelines is required.
- Basic understanding of performance testing principles and tools like JMeter or Gatling is a plus.
