Title - Head of Contracts

Exp = 3 - 8 years

Location - Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

• Lead and manage the contracts team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement contract management strategies to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Ensure the contracts department adheres to best practices and stays updated with industry trends.

Contract Drafting & Negotiation:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, client contracts, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with company objectives and policies.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to protect the company s interests.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contractual agreements.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry-specific regulatory requirements.

Documentation & Record Keeping:

• Maintain organized and comprehensive contract records and documentation.
• Develop and implement standardized contract templates and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of contract modifications and amendments.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with legal, finance, procurement, and other departments to ensure seamless contract execution and management.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on contract-related matters.
