Overview: An IT Governance Specialist ensures that IT systems and processes align with the organization's goals and comply with regulations. They play a critical role in managing risk, ensuring data security, and optimizing IT resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT governance frameworks and policies.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage IT-related risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategies with business objectives.
• Provide training and guidance on governance policies and best practices.
• Prepare reports on IT governance metrics and performance.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to IT processes and controls.

Required Skills:
