Job Role - Financial Reporting Manager

Experience - 3-8 years

Location - New Delhi

• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements , management reports , and regulatory filings .
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting requirements, and other financial regulations .
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making .
• Coordinate with internal auditors, external auditors, and regulatory agencies .
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes .
• Research and interpret new accounting standards and financial regulations , providing recommendations on implementation.
• Lead or support financial system enhancements and automation initiatives .
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and senior leadership teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor financial reporting analysts and other team members.
