Job Description:

• Financial Strategy & Planning - Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Budgeting & Forecasting - Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Financial Reporting - Oversee the consolidation and analysis of financial statements for all business units.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management - Ensure effective management of cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
• Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure adherence to IFRS/GAAP , tax laws, and company financial policies.
• Stakeholder Management - Liaise with investors, auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies .
• Process Improvement - Drive automation and improvements in financial systems and reporting processes.
• Team Leadership - Manage and mentor the finance team across multiple locations.
