Job Description:

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with financial regulations such as SOX, IFRS, GAAP, AML, KYC, GDPR, FATCA, Basel III , and other relevant standards.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and internal controls testing to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Policy Development: Design, update, and enforce financial compliance policies and procedures in line with SEC, FINRA, IRS, FCA , and other regulatory bodies.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare compliance reports, regulatory filings, and audit documentation to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Training & Awareness: Conduct compliance training sessions for employees to promote awareness of financial laws, ethical standards, and company policies.
• Internal Audit & Investigations: Collaborate with internal audit teams and external regulatory bodies to facilitate compliance reviews and investigations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, legal, risk management, and operations teams to align compliance strategies with business objectives.
• Continuous Monitoring: Keep up to date with changes in financial regulations and implement necessary updates to maintain compliance.
