Succession Planning : Collaborating with leadership to identify high-potential employees and creating succession plans to ensure a strong talent pipeline for key positions.
Employee Engagement : Conducting surveys and assessments to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement, and implementing initiatives to improve workplace culture.
Retention Strategies : Analyzing turnover data and developing strategies to retain top talent, including career development opportunities and employee recognition programs.
Compliance and Best Practices : Ensuring that talent management practices comply with labor laws and industry standards, and staying updated on best practices in talent management.
