Job Role - Compliance Manager

Experience - 3-8 years

Location - New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide compliance policies and procedures .
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations , including [relevant industry regulations, e. g. , GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, AML, etc. ].
• Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify compliance gaps.
• Train and educate employees on regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and best practices .
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and auditors.
• Investigate compliance violations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation, reports, and records.
• Collaborate with legal, HR, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance alignment.
• Stay up to date with evolving regulatory changes and industry standards .
