Assistant Manager - Financial Reporting

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for monthly MIS for the company

2. Scrutinize General Ledger for Variances

3. Monthly/Quarterly/Annual analysis of various performance indicators and reporting of variances in indicators such as:

• Revenue for each Region/Location/Team
• Profitability for each Region/Location/Team
• Receivables/DSOs, etc.
• Budgets v/s Actuals comparisons for each cost centre.

4. Create various Trends of above-mentioned key indicators, and present to the Management and respective stake holders to facilitate appropriate action.

5. Support in analysis of sales for rolling forecasts.

6. Track financial indicators of Working Capital

7. Participate actively in monthly rolling forecasts.

8. Responsible for collecting, analysing, and compiling information for annual budget.

9. Provide financial information and analytical support to internal customers as and when required.

10. Support in inputs for annual cost audit and preparation of long-range Strategy Plans.

11. Leading the project for Process improvement.

Eligibility criteria

1. CA Qualified

2. 3 - 5 years of relevant experience

3. Working experience in SAP

4. Expert knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Power-point

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

6. Must have analytical ability and clarity of thought.
