Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for support in month end closing activities.

2. Scrutinize General Ledger for Variances

3. Monthly/Quarterly/Annual analysis of various performance indicators and reporting of variances in indicators such as:

• Revenue for each Region/Location/Team
• Profitability for each Region/Location/Team
• Receivables/DSOs, etc.
• Budgets v/s Actuals comparisons for each cost center.

4. Create various Trends of above-mentioned key indicators, and present to the Management and respective stake holders to facilitate appropriate action.

5. Track financial indicators of Working Capital

6. Responsible for collecting, analysing, and compiling information for annual budget.

7. Provide financial information and analytical support to internal customers as and when required.

8. Support in IPO related work.

9. Support in inputs for annual cost audit and preparation of long-range Strategy Plans.

10. Leading the project for Process improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

1. CA Qualified
2. 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
3. Working experience in SAP and manufacturing company.
4. Expert knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Power-point
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Must have analytical ability and clarity of thought.
