Company Secretary Intern (21 months Internship)

We are looking to onboard Company Secretaries as Interns/Trainees for a 21-month training period starting January, to join our team and gain first-hand experience in IPO-related processes. This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of a companys IPO journey and contribute to key activities.

As a trainee, you will work closely with the senior leadership and our experienced team, engaging in responsibilities such as:
DRHP Preparation and Filing: Active involvement in drafting and filing the Draft Red Herring Prospectus.
IPO Strategy Development: Collaborating with teams to align on strategic decisions and frameworks for the IPO.
Corporate Governance & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations and other statutory requirements during the IPO process.
Regulatory Filings: Preparing and submitting filings with ROC, SEBI, stock exchanges, and other regulatory authorities.
Investor-Ready Documentation: Assisting with key documentation and processes required for investor presentations and due diligence.
