Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager - Financial Reporting

Education: CA or equivalent professional degree.

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience

Location: Bangalore

Role:

- Closing of monthly book of accounts (Should know InterCo reportings, RP reportings, Accounting of various debt instrument

- Review and presentation of MIS Reports - including Standalone, Consolidated & other cash flow reports

- Understand Reporting requirements with regard to Segment reporting / Cost center Allocations / Other such Entities for standalone & consolidated financials.

- Lead the Procure2Pay team/s and provide guidance for process improvements.

- Conduct periodical review of GLs, LMS systems, processes, vouchers to ensure accuracy and completeness -Ensure adequate controls for accounting process (Enterprise GL and Loan Management Software)

- Ensure all statutory compliances and regulatory compliances within timelines

- Ensure compliances under the Tax laws (Direct / Indirect)

- Advise on processes/SOP for strengthening internal controls & bring efficiencies.

- Manage internal / external stakeholders including Internal, External & other audits (Financial due diligence).

- Liaison with Statutory/Internal/other auditors & provide relevant information/explanations/workings for smooth closure of audits

- Provide support on special projects and tasks.

Skills:

- Proficient in Tally ERP 9/Oracle and MS - Excel

- Team player

- Solution oriented, Good communication Skills and Effective Stakeholder Management

- In depth knowledge & understanding of Accounting principles and RBI regulations

- Well versed with I-GAAP, IFC Implementation and IND AS.

Persona:

- Qualified CA with minimum 1+ years of relevant experience BFSI / Banking / NBFC

- Kickstarter & should be independently able to handle roles & responsibilities.
