Educational Qualification: Any Graduate, MBA in HR is preferred. Experience: 5 plus years into managing parallel branches of offices into daily IT infrastructure requirements.
Responsibilities:
Be active with online job boards, social media networks and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions
Advertise job openings on the companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. job portals like AngelList, Instahyre, IIMJobs & professional channels like LinkedIn)
Screening of all applicable candidates (via phone, video and in-person) based on detailed requirements of position & job competencies
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per the hiring process
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events as per the requirements
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Skills Required : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing techniques, & resume databases & is an advantage
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
