Policybazaar - Program Manager - Strategy (1-12 yrs)

Job brief:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organise and coordinate partner & platform centric programs. You will evaluate the existing business & processes and identify the growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing products & programs. The candidate will get a chance to be a mini-entrepreneur and solve complex business problems. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of but not limited to assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

- Market study & research, customer need & product analysis

- Formulate, organise and monitor inter-connected projects

- Define strategies and create a detailed implementation plan

- Coordinate cross-project activities

- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver desired results

- Understand & evaluate the existing platform & product and identify areas of improvement/disruption

- Work closely with tech/product team to deliver customer centric solutions

- Assess program/project performance and develop re-iterative continuous improvement program

Requirements and skills:

- Proven experience as a Program/product/project Manager

- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management

- Outstanding leadership and organisational skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent problem-solving ability

- Graduate from a tier-1 college or university. MBA would be a plus.
