Talent Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the creation and posting of job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups to ensure engagement.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about recruitment processes.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a bonus but not required.
• Should have a prior experience in Talent Acquisition.
