Understand hiring needs and job requirements for roles across departments such as Sales & Marketing, IT Support (IT Infrastructure), Finance & Operations etc.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist potential candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Preferred candidate profile
1 - 5 years of experience in recruitment.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
