Job Description
TheSales Manager is responsible for driving Education Loan business growth withina designated geographical area. This role involves leading and motivating asales team to achieve targets, developing and implementing sales strategies,and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed team targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, educational institutions, DSAs, Overseas Study Consultants, Visa Consultants and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

RequirementsMin Age 21- Max Age 45 as on 01.01.2024
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Education Loan industry.
- Proven track record of sales achievement.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Education: ABachelors degree is required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Education Loan industry.
