To recruit, onboard and train all manpower in hierarchy under him. To ensure business practices are in line with ethics and as per the set company policies. To ensure grooming, growth and development of employees working under him and ensuring discipline in the team. To ensure target achievement and business profitability of the city in line with the assigned targets, product wise. To report daily business details and reports to the Branch Head. Meeting with customers and vendors and ensuring to solve their issues if any end to end. Ensuring quality of work by construction teams and vendors and suggesting improvements.
