Job Description
v Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with DSAs to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
v Achieve sales targets by leveraging relationships with DSAs and ensuring they are motivated to meet their individual targets.
v Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for new business and growth.
v Provide training and support to DSAs to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
v Ensure DSAs are well-informed about new products, services, and any changes in policies or procedures.
v Assist DSAs in resolving any issues or challenges they encounter.
v Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
v Identify and manage risks associated with DSA operations and take corrective actions as needed.
v Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and interactions with DSAs.
v Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and DSA activities.
v Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with sales analytics tools.
v Provide all necessary data to senior management upon request and coordinate meetings between departments.
v Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to users encountering data-related issues within MIS systems.

v Regular visits to attend business meetings, seminars, conference with DSA, Builders, connectors, govt officers, schools, colleges and other organizations.
v Cross selling ( CASA / CREDIT CARD/ HOUSING LOAN/ VEHICLE LOAN ) of fresh business from existing customers and new customers.
v Missed Call follow-ups.
v APF follow up Housing loan
v DSA Enrollment of Housing Loan and Education Loan.
v Liaison with CRM Team of existing approved and ongoing new projects (Housing Loan).
Requirements
Requirements
v Graduate from any discipline.
v Minimum 4 Years of experience proven in sales support, data analysis, or MIS reporting role.
v Proven experience in sales support, data analysis, or MIS reporting role.
v Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
v Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
v The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
v Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
v Any other work related to the seat.
