Executive / Assistant Manager, MIS (Retail Planning)

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

A. IT

• To liaise with the IT department and Logistics were needed for information on certification information

B. Reports

• To assist and support the Retail team with all the required weekly, daily, and monthly sales/stock/KPI reports
• To be proactively working and analysing KPI performance for Retail and all category/store level
• Accurate and timely reports to be published
• To keep the report data bank ready for any requests received from time to time
• Coordinating with Retail Operations and other support groups
• Measures performance against set KPI

Preferred candidate profile

Experience

• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in similar field
• Currently Senior Executive/Executive of multi-million turnover business

Skills & Competencies

• Strong keyboard skills, Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Navision, and another required Diploma
• Customer Service Focused
• Diplomacy
• Creative problem solving
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both to partners, customers, and colleagues
• Respond quickly, positively and with integrity in a fast-paced and changing environment

Education & Qualifications

• Graduate (any stream)/ MBA
