With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-disciplined team of over 3,600 people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy and environmental sectors.
Based in our Bangalore Office, PM Group have an opportunity for an experienced Infra & HVAC Engineering SME who will work with PM Project office on multiple Projects in Europe/ USA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and review designs, drawings, and specifications for mechanical and piping systems.
- Align vendor efforts for seamless integration of piping systems with cross-disciplinary functions.
- Use CAD and simulation software for design accuracy.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and piping systems.
- Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and engage suppliers for technical capabilities and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ records.
- Prepare regular reports on system performance and project progress.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct risk assessments for mechanical and piping installations.
- Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and aligning project outcomes with objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in mechanical and piping engineering for industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
