Job Description

Overview

PM Group is a leading international engineering, architecture, project and construction management firm. With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-disciplined team of over 3,600 people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy and environmental sectors.

Based in our Bangalore Office, PM Group have an opportunity for an experienced Infra & HVAC Engineering SME who will work with PM Project office on multiple Projects in Europe/ USA.

Responsibilities

Develop designs and specifications for infrastructure and HVAC systems.
Ensure alignment with industry standards, safety protocols, and project requirements.
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems and infrastructure elements.
Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams for seamless integration.
Manage budgets for procurement and address financial changes due to project evolution.
Implement quality benchmarks and conduct inspections to verify compliance.
Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety measures during project execution.
Maintain detailed records of system designs, installation activities, and quality checks. Communicate project progress and address concerns with stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
7+ years of experience in HVAC and infrastructure engineering.
Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., HAP, Revit) and project management tools.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance
