With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-disciplined team of over 3,600 people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy and environmental sectors.
Based in our Bangalore Office, PM Group have an opportunity for an experienced Electrical & Controls Engineering SME who will work with PM Project office on multiple Projects in Europe/ USA.
Responsibilities
- Create and review designs for electrical systems and automation controls.
- Ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Evaluate and procure electrical equipment and materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and installation.
- Oversee electrical system installations, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
- Manage system integration and operational testing phases.
- Conduct quality checks, inspections, and compliance assessments throughout the project.
- Implement safety protocols for electrical installations and train personnel on best practices.
- Maintain detailed records of system configurations, commissioning activities, and compliance reports.
- Facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders, addressing project complexities and providing update
Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in electrical systems design and automation controls.
- Expertise in PLC, SCADA, and other automation tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards for electrical systems and automation.
