Job Title: Senior Manager, Finance – Supply Chain

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Finance – Supply Chain will be responsible for financial planning, cost optimization, and performance analysis within the supply chain function. This role will work closely with procurement, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure financial discipline, drive efficiency, and support decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of supply chain finance, and experience in cost control and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Cost Control:

• Support budgeting and forecasting for supply chain operations, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Analyze financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities across procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Assist in capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and financial control.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare financial reports highlighting key supply chain cost drivers and efficiency metrics.
• Conduct scenario planning and financial risk assessments to support business decisions.
• Oversee fixed assets, including capital work in progress (CWIP) and depreciation management.

ERP & Compliance Management:

• Ensure financial data integrity within ERP systems, optimizing reporting processes.
• Support compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and internal audit standards.
• Develop performance KPIs to measure financial impact across supply chain operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with supply chain teams to enhance procurement strategies and inventory optimization.
• Work with operations teams to implement cost-reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements.
• Provide financial insights to mitigate supply chain risks and enhance operational resilience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 7–10 years in supply chain finance, financial planning, or cost management.
• Expertise in:
• Financial analysis, cost control, and procurement finance.
• ERP systems, CAPEX reporting, and financial modeling.
• IFRS/GAAP compliance and financial risk management.

• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in FMCG, food, or manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern financial regulations and compliance.
• Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, or CIMA) are a plus.
