Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Planning & Supply Chain Systems will be responsible for executing and optimizing Integrated Supply Chain Planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain alignment, from demand forecasting to final product delivery. The incumbent will focus on improving planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and cost optimization while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Supply Chain Planning & S&OP Execution:

• Support and execute Integrated Supply Chain Planning and S&OP processes.
• Work with internal stakeholders to align supply with demand efficiently.
• Contribute to demand forecasting, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Strategic & Tactical Planning:

• Assist in developing forecasting models to optimize demand and supply balance.
• Support sourcing strategies to enhance procurement and production planning.
• Execute production capacity planning aligned with business needs and operational efficiency.
• Optimize inventory management and depot storage capacity to ensure cost-effective operations.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing, IT, and Finance to drive supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure smooth execution of planning activities by aligning supply chain functions with business needs.

Process Improvement & Technology Integration:

• Assist in implementing and optimizing IT-enabled planning solutions for accuracy and efficiency.
• Support ERP and other IT system integrations for seamless supply chain operations.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Cost Optimization:

• Minimize inefficiencies by supporting process improvements in planning and forecasting.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to improve inventory turnover.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and supply chain planning tools.
• Experience in cross-functional project execution and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with supply chain planning software.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory optimization.
• Understanding of IT-enabled solutions and process improvement methodologies.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and strong business acumen.
