Job Summary:

The Senior Manager Finance (Planning & Analysis) will oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making and business performance. This role will provide key financial insights, drive cost optimization, and ensure financial discipline across the organization. Acting as a business partner, the position collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to align financial strategies with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize business decisions.
• Support scenario planning and financial modeling to drive revenue and cost optimization.

Strategic Business Partnership:

• Work closely with functional leaders to align financial strategies with operational objectives.
• Provide financial insights on pricing, profitability, and investment decisions.
• Support strategic initiatives by evaluating financial risks and opportunities.

Cost & Revenue Optimization:

• Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Develop financial models and reports to support revenue maximization strategies.
• Track and report financial KPIs, ensuring adherence to corporate financial policies.

Process Optimization & Compliance:

• Improve financial planning and reporting systems through automation and digital transformation.
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls to minimize financial risks and enhance transparency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

• Experience: 7+ years in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis roles.

• Expertise in:

• Cost management, business performance optimization, and financial modeling.
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and financial analytics tools.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Desired Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
