Job Summary:

The IT Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance & Supply Chain functions by optimizing performance management, reporting, and results analysis. This position will lead and manage cross-functional projects, and ensure software quality and seamless integration across various IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
• Provide support to Finance & Supply Chain functions in optimizing performance management, reporting, and results analysis.

• Project Management:

• Manage and coordinate IT projects spanning multiple business functions, ensuring timely execution.
• Handle both in-house and outsourced projects from initiation to delivery.

• Solution Design & Implementation:
• Conduct thorough analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions tailored to business needs.
• Specialize in integrating ERP systems with other IT systems, including both web-based and client-based applications.

• Process Improvement:

• Implement projects that involve changes in business processes, ensuring systems are user-friendly and have adequate controls.

• Quality Assurance:

• Maintain software quality standards for solutions implemented within Finance & Supply Chain functions.

• Operational Support:

• Ensure minimal technical interruptions in business operations through continuous software support and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Finance & Supply Chain.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in both in-house and outsourced projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with software quality assurance standards.
• Ability to manage a team effectively and work collaboratively across departments.
• 5–8 years of experience in the related field.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP software
• Strong understanding of integration techniques and tools.
• Experience with business process re-engineering and improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
