Job Description
- Lead Project Execution: Lead consulting projects relatedto ESG/ Sustainability Advisory, demonstratingknowledge and experience to clients across the followingindicative areas:
- ESG Strategic Direction and Roadmap coveringstakeholder engagement and materialityassessment
- ESG Policy and Governance Framework
- Sustainability Reporting Disclosures based ondifferent frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD
- GHG Emission Analysis (Scope 1, Scope 2 Scope3)
- Decarbonization Roadmap to achieve Net Zero usingSBTi guidelines
- Sustainable Financing Framework
- Sustainable Procurement Policy and Roadmap
- Project Management: Understand client requirements,collaboratively develop detailed project plan, manage,execute projects with the team, ensuring timely deliveryas per agreed project timelines and client satisfaction,invoicing and collection of fees
- Talent Development: Active involvement in recruitmentand team development
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage client relationshipswith the objective of securing repeat business andreferrals. Also engage/ liaison with other internal andexternal stakeholders such as design team, subjectmatter experts/ freelancers, etc.
- Support Business Development and Revenue/Profitability Targets: On receipt of a lead, support Business Head in undertaking discussions with theprospective clients to work out the proposal to meet theirrequirements. Provide support to Business Head forachieving revenue and profitability targets for the practice.
- Development of Pitches and Papers: Conceptualizationand development of new service offerings by preparingpre-sales pitches, approach papers, point of views,articles, videos, etc.
- Any other support that may be required from time to timefor the development and growth of the practice
Desired Attributes
Experience
- Hands-on experience across a multitude of servicesunder ESG/ sustainability consulting domain
- Understanding of sustainability landscape, including keystakeholders and their interests, reporting andtransparency trends and evolving laws regulations
- Experience of sustainability reporting frameworks andstandards including GRI, SASB, TCFD, and UN GlobalCompact among others
- Comfortable to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Aspire and capable to take PL responsibility as part ofcareer progression
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good in managing client and other stakeholderrelationships
- Open to travel for client meetings and project execution
Experience
- 7+ years of post-qualification experience with a suitablemix of consulting and industry experience
